I offer pet minding for most domestic pets and have reasonable rates for all dogs, cats, birds, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, mice & fish.

Following several recent enquiries regarding pet boarding, my availability & other minding options.   I have now expanded my services to offer "pet care daily check in service at the owner's home".  The normal pet rate fee will apply for this service for the animal/s being attended to plus an additional 50c per kilometre travel fee on top for each trip.  If this is something you might be considering in the future, if I am booked out here or you just prefer your pet to stay in familiar surroundings and you do not live too far away (distance limits will need to apply), please contact me via the usual methods.   This involves a daily visit to your home to be with, to feed, water and/or play with your pet, whatever you request within reason.  

Dependant on my schedule that day, but an hour is roughly how long I would usually spend at your home.

Pet Boarding Establishment

Situated on 5 tree studded acres on a quiet road is Rest Ezy.   I own heaps of chickens, a few cows, 5 cats, 1 dog and too many goldfish to mention.   I love being at home on my property and taking care of the needs of my pets and now your beloved pets also.  It has long been a dream of mine to sit back, relax in the tranquillity surrounded by many animals & the wildlife taking in the sights and sounds of nature at its best.  Since April 2021 I have had the pleasure of being able to do just that.  Thanks to my growing number of clients for following me through this evolving journey.  I just hope one day to be able to see it all completed to my full vision.

Pets

I can cater for and accommodate dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs and mice.  Also, possibly any other pet you may own, just ask me.  There are few exceptions.

Current Rates


  • Present accommodation rates commence from:
  • $4.00 a night - bird;
  • $4.00 a night - mouse, rat;
  • $6.00 a night - guinea pig; rabbit;
  • $2.00 a night - fish;
  • $22.00 a night - cat; 
  • and $23.00 a night - dog.
  • $20.00 Doggy day care.
  • Food (with the exception of daily treats, titbits etc.), supplied by Rest Ezy will incur an additional fee.
  • Seniors/HC Card 20% discount applies.
  • Public Holidays incur an additional 15%.
  • Collection or drop off of your pet is part of my service & can be arranged for an additional fee of .50c per km.
  • Stays longer than 14 days receive a 10% discount.
